From neck pain to leg pain, many different types of ailments originate in the spine. AOC’s Spine and Scoliosis Specialists are fellowship-trained to provide quality.

Neck pain is so common it is not so much a disease, as a condition of life. Neck pain itself comes from the discs and joints in the neck along with associated muscles.

The lumbar spine is the main load-bearing section of the vertebral column in human beings. Our unusual upright stance combined with the stresses of daily life makes us the only creature who commonly suffers from back pain.

The thoracic spine is the least mobile part of the spinal column. The attachment of the rib cage, together with thinner discs, combine to reduce its movement considerably.
