My vision since beginning was Minimal Bleeding in patients, no blood transfusion, and no long stays in hospitals. Minimal Access Surgery, presently the gold standard for most surgeries is a safer procedure for high-risk patients with diabetes, hypertension, or heart problems, etc.

UROLOGY

Chief consultant Urologist and Renal Transplant Surgeon : Synergy Hospital , Indore ( February 2012 to Dec 2014).
Synergy Hospital is 120 bedded multisuperspeciality hospital , commissioned in February 2012,serving patients not only from city of Indore but also from central India and western Madhya Pradesh.
The hospital has superspecialities in all medical and surgical faculties I have established the Department of Urology,Nephrology and Renal Transplantation where all types of routine and complex endourological,uro-oncological ,laparoscopic and reconstructive procedures are performed.
Renal transplant unit is the only unit in Central India to get accredition for renal transplant within one year of commissioning of the hospital.
As chief consultant I have performed:-

1. Lasers in urology – RIRS , miniperc, ultramini-perc.
2. Open uro-oncologic surgeries.
3. Endourologic procedures for upper and lower urinary tracts.
4. Paediatric urologic procedures and reconstructive surgeries.
5. Surgeries for stress urinary incontinence.
6. Andrology and infertility workup with surgeries of ED, varicocele , VEA, sperm retrieval techniques.
7. Laparoscopic urologic procedures of both ablative and reconstructive types.
8. ESWL for stone disease.
9. Urodynamic workup of patients with neurogenic bladder and voiding dysfunction in adult and paediatric patients.
10. Renal transplantation and donor nephrectomy..

I have pioneered in developing renal transplant unit at Synergy Hospital and have performed 17 Renal Transplants in last one year,of which some of them were high risk renal transplants viz tissue crossmatch positive renal transplant and swap grafting of renal units.

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Clinical research over a period of two years on "Anorectal malformations-Management and its results-A study of 100 cases" – an original study at the Department of Pediatric Surgery, Hamidia Hospital and Gandhi Medical College for MS Dissertation.
