Commercial Terms

One month rental charges as advance. Monthly charges within 7 days from invoice date. One side loading/unloading & freight for contract more than 2 month, to be borne by each party otherwise both side to be borne by the customer.

All consumable like filters, oil & diesel to be borne by the customer.

Operator to be supplied by Syndicate Generator at its own cost.

D.G. set to be maintained by Syndicate Generator at it own cost, Average load 80% of rated output. Statutory taxes as applicable at the time of invoice shall be charged extra.
